When your brief arrives, I read it the same morning. If I think we are the wrong studio for it, I will say so and recommend two alternatives — no chase emails, no invoice gymnastics. Operational facts, before you brief us.

Five questions that almost always arrive in the first reply email — answered here, so you can submit the brief without the back-and-forth.

  1. What is the typical turnaround from shoot to delivery?

    For shoots under 12 products, RAW files are delivered within 48 hours of the shoot, with retouched finals within five business days. Larger campaigns follow a milestone schedule agreed in the quote; we do not promise same-day delivery on shoots above 12 products.

  2. Can you receive samples shipped from outside New York?

    Yes. Our Long Island City studio is 14 minutes from JFK and accepts international courier, freight, and hand-carried samples. We log each SKU on arrival, photograph incoming condition, and store everything in a climate-controlled holding room until the shoot day.

  3. Is there a minimum project size?

    We do not have a hard SKU minimum, but most retainers begin at 8 SKUs so the studio can absorb the setup cost of a medium-format calibration. Smaller one-off PDP jobs are quoted on a per-image basis and bundled into existing client shoots whenever the calendar allows.

  4. What is included in retouching, and what is the revision policy?

    Every image includes color-managed retouching to our calibrated reference: dust removal, color balance, stitching cleanup, and one round of client revisions. Our in-house retouching team is AICP-certified, and we offer a free technical retest on any image up to 90 days post-delivery.
