Case Study 01 · DTC E-commerce
Northwind & Co. Spring '24 Launch
The brief. A 38-SKU launch across three silhouettes for a DTC brand preparing for their first paid acquisition push. Existing PDP imagery had been shot on DSLR at the brand's office; conversion on the hero SKU had plateaued at 1.8%.
The work. Three shoot days in-studio. 412 final frames delivered at 6000×4000 and 2000×2000 crop ratios. Full PDP stacks for every SKU plus a 24-frame on-foot lifestyle library for paid social.

“The texture fidelity on the suede silhouettes changed our paid social CPA. We stopped having to retouch the work ourselves.”

Case Study 02 · Sportswear & Performance
Kestrel Athletic Trail Range R2
The brief. A high-cushion trail running range launching against a tight Q3 retail window. The brand needed hero imagery that could sit alongside the on-foot technical shots their in-house team produced, with matching color science and a sharper read on midsole foam geometry.
The work. Two shoot days. Calibrated color profiles built for three legacy Kestrel in-house cameras; RAW delivered in 41 hours. Eight color-managed retouching passes approved by the brand's lead designer before master delivery.

Case Study 03 · Orthotics & Comfort
Calder Podiatry Clinic Collection
The brief. A 22-SKU comfort line sold through podiatry clinics, orthotic fitters, and a small DTC channel. Previous imagery failed at the texture level: stitching, leather grain, and contoured sole depth were the deciding factors in a clinician's recommendation.
The work. Four shoot days focused on stitching clarity and material accuracy. Each SKU photographed at three elevations; the sole-contour study became the primary PDP image across the entire range.
